By using The Seventh at theseventh.app or any associated mobile application, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The Service

The Seventh provides Vedic astrology birth chart generation, compatibility analysis, and AI-generated astrological readings. These readings are for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only.

Astrological content is not a substitute for professional advice of any kind — including but not limited to medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. Do not make significant life decisions based solely on content generated by this service.

Your Account

You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm, disrupt, or abuse the service or other users.

Credits

Certain features require credits (in-app currency). Credits are used to generate AI-powered readings and unlock content within the app.

• ✦Credits have no cash value and cannot be refunded or exchanged for money
• ✦New accounts receive a starter allocation of credits at no charge
• ✦Purchased credits are non-refundable once used to generate a reading
• ✦We reserve the right to modify credit costs for features with reasonable notice
• ✦Unused credits may expire if your account is inactive for an extended period

Content and Data You Provide

You retain ownership of the personal information you provide (birth details, names, etc.). By providing this information, you grant us a limited licence to process it for the purpose of generating your readings.

When you add another person's birth details, you represent that you have appropriate permission to do so. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.

Intellectual Property

The Seventh, its design, and its software are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the service.

AI-generated readings produced for you are for your personal use. You may share them, but may not resell them or represent them as your own original work.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any astrological reading.

We are not responsible for any decisions made based on content from the service. Vedic astrology is a traditional system of interpretation — readings reflect astrological tradition, not predictive certainty.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Seventh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Upon account deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.
